Our Shipping Policy:

We are delighted to deliver products purchased from handicraftszone.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of USD. 150* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. $15 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 150. If the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if paid online. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded.

General Returns Information

1. If you receive an item different than what was described or was damaged, please contact us directly within 24 hrs. Of receiving the shipment. You can also reach out to the buyer directly via our website.

2. If you have any issue with your order, please contact our customer care helpline number within 24 hours of receipt of your order. When writing to us to arrange for its return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise. Also attach relevant images of the product (if necessary).

3. To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to us in the same condition you received it once our head office agrees that the item can be returned. 

4. Shipping and handling charges for returning of specific items are allowed by the buyer (unless the item was damaged). If an item was shipped FREE of Charge, upon return, you may be charged for the original shipping.

5. Any customized item is not entitled for return or refund. Any consumable item cannot be returned after the original packaging has been opened or the factory seal is broken.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you cancel your order online before the product is shipped, the entire amount will be refunded.

In case the product is shipped, but not yet delivered to the address, you can still cancel your order online and the refund will be processed once the products are received back from the courier service.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel the order once the product is delivered to you.

In order to cancel your order, please visit the “my order “page once you log in to your account on our website, identify the products you wish to cancel and click on the link for “cancel item”. Once the cancellation request is generated, we will process it as soon as possible.

The money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.
